Camber

Camber is a nutrition and training app built for people who take their performance seriously โ€” without requiring a nutrition degree to use it. Meal planning, macro tracking, workout logging, and eventually sensor-level data, all in one place.

We're in alpha. That means things work, but not everything works perfectly. Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.

Why Camber?

I was tired of using three or four apps just to manage my own health. The fitness, nutrition, and wellness industries have borrowed the American healthcare model โ€” divide and conquer. Every app solves one piece of the puzzle, and none of them seem particularly interested in solving it for you as much as from you.

Is Camber the finished answer? Not yet. But maybe, with your help, I think we can get there.

Help me build something better. More inclusive. More accurate. Help me help you take back control of your health โ€” and meet you in the field, the kitchen, the gym, around the table.

Cheers to our health.

What we stand for

Evidence first.

Every recommendation Camber makes โ€” calorie targets, protein ratios, activity levels โ€” is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We draw primarily from MASS Research Review, Examine.com, and JISSN. Where the evidence is weak or mixed, we say so.

The science is the same for everyone.

We don't adjust recommendations based on what sells. Your targets are calculated from your data, full stop. No upsell, no nudge toward products we profit from.

The app should always keep you moving.

Injuries, missing ingredients, no gym, a rough week โ€” most apps treat that gap as failure. We close it instead. Can't squat? Here's what you can do. Missing chicken? Here's the same macros with what you have. There's always a next step.

Zero predatory practices. Full stop.

We don't dark-pattern subscriptions. We don't manufacture urgency. We don't exploit your body image to sell you a program. We want you spending money only on things that bring you real value.

Our promise to you

We only want you spending money that brings you value. If Camber stops doing that, please tell us โ€” send feedback, or pause or cancel your subscription. No hoops, no guilt trip.

Affiliate disclosure: Some links in Camber are affiliate links โ€” when you buy through them, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the lights on. Our promise: affiliate relationships never influence what we recommend or how we rank anything. If you'd prefer a clean link with no tracking, just ask.

Your data

What we store: Your profile (stats, goals, diet preferences), meal plan, shopping list, and any recipes you submit. Fitness imports you upload are used only to compute your baseline โ€” raw files are not stored.

What we don't do: Sell your data. Share health information with advertisers. Use your food or workout logs to target you with ads.

Right to deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. This is a firm commitment, not a buried checkbox.

What stays after you leave: When you delete your account, your personal data goes with it. No exceptions. What stays is anonymized โ€” stripped of anything that could identify you โ€” your contribution to the patterns that make Camber smarter. Not to sell. Not to win you back. Just to make sure the person behind you starts with better data than you did.

Camber complies with FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and CCPA requirements. Anonymized, non-identifiable data is retained under the CCPA research and internal improvement exemption. Health data is handled under our privacy policy.

Feedback & bugs

We read everything. Bug reports, feature ideas, things that annoyed you, things you loved โ€” all of it goes directly to the team. This is alpha and your input is how we prioritize.
