Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Camber. They explain what you agree to, what we promise, and what we don't. We've written them in plain language on purpose. If something isn't clear, email us at admin@camber.fit.
Who we are
Camber is a nutrition, meal planning, and fitness app operated by Blauer Hund Holdings LLC ("BHH"), a Wyoming limited liability company. References to "Camber," "we," "us," or "our" in this document refer to BHH.
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a Camber account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Camber.
If you're using Camber on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Camber, or 16 in the European Economic Area and similar jurisdictions. You must also be legally able to enter into a contract. If you're under the relevant age, don't sign up.
Your account
- One account per person.
- Provide accurate information when you sign up — your macro targets and recommendations are calculated from what you tell us.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- We use Clerk for authentication. Their security and availability terms apply alongside ours.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to access another user's account or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the app or its content for non-personal use
- Submit harmful, illegal, or harassing content
- Misrepresent your relationship to Camber (e.g., claim affiliation you don't have)
- Use Camber for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Health and fitness disclaimer
Camber is an informational tool. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for advice from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified health professional.
Macro targets, training recommendations, recovery signals, RPE/RIR guidance, and any other prescriptive output are generated from formulas and AI inference. They are estimates, not prescriptions. AI-generated outputs may produce inaccurate or unexpected results — verify any recommendation with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Always consult a doctor before:
- Starting any new diet or training program
- Following Camber's recommendations if you have a medical condition (including but not limited to diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, or pregnancy)
- Taking action that conflicts with guidance from your healthcare team
We make no warranty that Camber's calculations or recommendations will produce any particular outcome — weight change, performance change, or otherwise. Individual results vary.
If you experience pain, illness, or unusual symptoms while using Camber, stop and consult a healthcare professional.
Your content and the license you grant us
Camber is built in part on user contributions — recipes you submit, ratings you give, feedback you send. You retain ownership of what you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Camber a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, display, modify (for example, for formatting or accessibility), distribute, and anonymize that content as part of operating and improving the service.
This license survives termination of your account. When you delete your account, your personal contributions are anonymized — recipes you submitted are kept and attributed as "[Previous User]" so they remain available to the community. See our Privacy Policy for the full deletion behavior.
Don't submit content you don't have the right to share — including content that violates copyright, trademarks, or someone else's privacy.
Affiliate links
Some links in Camber are affiliate links. When you purchase through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence what we recommend or how we rank anything. Our Privacy Policy covers this in more detail.
Service availability and changes
We may add features, change features, or discontinue features at any time. Camber may experience outages or interruptions for maintenance, infrastructure issues, or reasons beyond our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete my account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your activity threatens the security or integrity of the service
- We are required to by law
Where possible we will give you notice before termination so you can export your data.
Disclaimers
Camber is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties; the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camber, its operator, contractors, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Camber harmless from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Content you submit
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of someone else's rights
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Camber will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and Camber consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated by:
- An in-app notice
- Email if you have one on file
- A prompt to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service
Your continued use after a non-material change constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
